Titanium oxide (TiO2) and kaolin are combined by preparing Kaolin slurry that is exposed to a gas so the kaolin droplets become fluffy and fragmented. The fragmented particles are combined with Titanium oxide (TiO2) to form extended paints or Titanium oxide (TiO2) pigments. The dry beads formed are free flowing and easy to handle. They are easily dispersible in water.
